Eric Dunning's Slam Page

I was on a 2 week dual hunt in Saskatchewan/Manitoba. I had seen does and bucks most of the week, but nothing that was too exciting.  On the 5th day of hunting about 9:00 AM this 9 pointer walked in broadside about 100 yards out and I saw the heavy left side of his rack and with one shot of the Mark II Ruger he dropped in his tracks.  I also took a nice mature 8 pointer that week too…. great hunting up there.
